Team Leaders
Team Leaders (TL) must be 18 years and older, a high school graduate, compassionate, enthusiastic, and a positive role model for children and teens, as well as organized, focused and highly motivated. The role demands a high commitment to serving others, and being a strong team player. TLs must be bi-lingual (English/ Cantonese).
Office Manager
The Office Manager (OM) supports the Site Administrator. She/he must have good computer skills and office experience, ability to handle multiple tasks, have good communication and organization skills and be detailed-oriented. The OM should be bi-lingual (English/Cantonese).
Logistics Assistant
The Logistics Assistant, (LA) supports the Logistics Manager in managing all logistics activities at camp. The LA must be bi-lingual (English/Cantonese).
Technology Manager
The Technology Manager (TM) takes digital photography of the camp and uploads the photos to a set site each evening. She/he should have experience in taking pictures, strong computer skills, be organized, flexible, and creative. The TM should be bi-lingual (English/Cantonese).
Wellness Person
The Wellness person (WP) must have a current First Aid Certificate certified. She/he must be responsible, caring, organized, and enjoy working with children and teens. She/he is also responsible for the health maintenance and emergency care of both students and staff. She/he should be bi-lingual (English/Cantonese)
Day programs:
Teaching Assistants
A Teaching Assistant (TA) must be 17 years or older. She/he assists the instructor during the class. She/he must be physically fit and energetic, comfortable relating to children and teenagers, enthusiastic with high integrity, positive attitude, full of playful energy and a person who likes challenges and learning. She/he must speak fluent English for our English programs and should have drawing abilities for our drawing programs.
