PAL-Pro-Active learning Online Enrollment

Enrollment is on a first come first serve basis. Register early to ensure a space!

Complete the Enrollment Form. Please use one enrollment form per child.
Submit the form on-line or mail the form to the Pro-Active Learning office to reserve a space.
Mail a cheque payable to “Pro-Active Learning Ltd.” for the deposit or full amount of tuition to: Suite 802, Double Building, 22 Stanley Street, Central, Hong Kong. Ensure you write your child's name on the back of the cheque.
A confirmation e-mail or letter will be sent upon receipt of the enrollment form and/or cheque.

50% of the tuition total less any savings is due as deposit with the enrollment form.
Balance of tuition total is due by May 31, 2008.
Full payment must be made if registering after May 31, 2008.

Cancellations must be in writing. If the student withdraws from a program on or before May 31, 2008, the tuition less administration fee of HK$500 per program will be refunded. After that date, no refund will be given. An approved substitute enrollment will be accepted.
