Staff Development Programs
Quantum Learning for Teachers staff development programs train educators in the “how-to” of facilitating the learning process, covering both theory and implementation.
Methods include the steps to building a strong foundation, a positive atmosphere of rapport, and respect, and a supportive environment. The training also includes a variety of practical teaching strategies that can be applied to the classroom immediately. It will include how to
Build rapport and self-esteem
Improve classroom behavior
Accelerate learning
Make content more meaningful
Design dynamic lessons and implementation plans
Deliver effective presentations and elicit more participation
Master powerful ways to motivate students
Create an engaging brain-compatible learning environment
Learn how to use music in the classroom to enhance academic results
When teachers use a large repertoire of effective teaching strategies, students are more engaged and excited about learning and teachers are more passionate about teaching.
There are 5 levels that provide the basic training in the Quantum Learning Method, facilitated by Quantum Learning lead facilitators. Each level is one day/6-hour session and can be experienced consecutively or as individual days throughout the year.
These programs have been designed for teachers of K-12, counselors, professors, trainers, consultants, staff developers, speakers and anyone who works with children and teens.
